Anti-Fraud & Candidate Protection Policy

This policy explains how candidates can protect themselves from fraudulent recruitment communications and unauthorized persons claiming to represent Neoarmmetic Technologies Private Limited.

Important Warning

Neoarmmetic Technologies Private Limited does not guarantee any job, interview, selection, salary, visa, work permit or joining. Our placement assistance service is limited to candidate profile/CV marketing and related recruitment assistance. Any person claiming that a payment will definitely secure a job, visa or employment is not authorized to make such a guarantee on behalf of the company.

Service & Regulatory Disclosure

The company provides placement assistance and candidate profile marketing services. The company does not represent its placement assistance service as a guarantee of employment. The company also does not represent itself as a registered Recruiting Agent (RA) for overseas recruitment. Candidates should independently verify the identity and authority of anyone contacting them regarding a job opportunity.

1. What Is Recruitment Fraud?

Recruitment fraud occurs when an individual or organization falsely represents itself as an employer, recruiter, consultant, placement company or company representative in order to obtain money, personal information, identity documents, banking credentials or other benefits from a job seeker.

Fraudulent persons may use company names, logos, employee names, fake offer letters, edited documents, social media accounts, messaging applications or email addresses to create a false impression of legitimacy.

2. Our Position on Job Guarantees

We do not provide or sell guaranteed employment. Our role is to assist candidates by marketing or presenting their CV/profile to relevant employment contacts and by providing related recruitment assistance.

Final decisions regarding interviews, selection, employment, compensation and joining are made by the concerned employer or recruitment party and are outside our control.

We Will Never Ask For

  • ATM PIN, UPI PIN or internet banking password.
  • One-time passwords (OTP) for banking or payment accounts.
  • Credit/debit card PINs or online banking credentials.
  • Passwords for email, social media or other personal accounts.
  • Remote access to your computer or mobile device for recruitment.
  • Payment into an unknown personal account merely to guarantee employment.

3. Warning Signs of Recruitment Fraud

Candidates should exercise caution when they receive a message containing one or more of the following warning signs:

  • A guaranteed job without a proper recruitment or selection process.
  • A demand for immediate payment to "secure" a job.
  • A promise of a guaranteed visa or work permit.
  • A request to pay a personal bank account without verification.
  • A request for OTP, PIN, password or banking credentials.
  • Pressure to make payment urgently or secretly.
  • Unprofessional or suspicious email addresses.
  • Fake offer letters or documents that cannot be independently verified.
  • Requests to communicate exclusively through an unknown personal number.
  • Claims that payment will guarantee employer selection.

4. Verify Before Making Any Payment

Candidates should verify the identity of the person requesting payment and understand exactly what service the payment relates to before making a transaction.

  1. Confirm that the communication is from an authorized company channel.
  2. Ask for a written description of the service and applicable charges.
  3. Read the relevant service agreement, terms and refund policy.
  4. Confirm the beneficiary/payment details before transferring money.
  5. Never rely solely on a screenshot, social media profile or forwarded message as proof of employment.

Safe Recruitment Practice

A legitimate employment opportunity may involve employer screening, interviews, document verification and other recruitment procedures. Candidates should be cautious of anyone claiming that these processes can be bypassed simply by paying money.

5. Fake Job Offers & Fake Documents

Fraudsters may create fake appointment letters, offer letters, visa documents, employment contracts or company identification documents. The presence of a company logo, stamp or signature does not by itself establish authenticity.

Candidates should verify employment documents directly with the relevant employer or through independently verified official contact information before relying on them.

6. Unauthorized Agents & Representatives

No individual is authorized to guarantee employment, selection, visa approval or work-permit approval on behalf of the company unless such authority is expressly documented and legally applicable.

Candidates should not assume that a person using the company's name, logo or employee details is authorized to act for the company. If in doubt, verify the communication through the company's official contact channels.

7. International / Overseas Recruitment Fraud

Candidates seeking employment outside India should be particularly careful about claims involving visas, immigration, work permits, flights, accommodation and overseas deployment.

Our placement assistance does not guarantee immigration approval, visa issuance, work authorization, travel or employment in any foreign country. Candidates should verify applicable government and immigration requirements independently.

8. Protect Your Personal Information

Candidates may need to provide a CV and relevant professional information for placement assistance. However, candidates should avoid unnecessarily sharing confidential information such as:

  • Bank account passwords.
  • ATM/UPI PINs.
  • OTP codes.
  • Email or social media passwords.
  • Credit/debit card PINs.
  • Remote access credentials.

Identity documents should be provided only when reasonably required for a legitimate recruitment or administrative purpose and through an appropriate communication channel.

9. If You Suspect Fraud

If you believe that someone is falsely using the company's identity, name, logo or employee details, do not make any further payment and do not provide additional confidential information.

  1. Save screenshots, messages, emails and payment records.
  2. Record the phone number, email address and account details used.
  3. Contact the company through its independently verified official channel.
  4. Contact your bank/payment provider immediately if money has been transferred.
  5. Where appropriate, report suspected fraud to the relevant law-enforcement or cybercrime authority.

Do Not Delay in Reporting Financial Fraud

If you have transferred money to a suspected fraudster, contact your bank or payment service immediately and preserve all transaction evidence. You should also consider reporting the matter to the appropriate cybercrime or law-enforcement authorities.

10. Company Disclaimer Regarding Third-Party Fraud

The company may not be responsible for fraudulent acts committed by persons who are not authorized representatives of the company, including persons who independently use company names, logos, employee identities or other information without authorization.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to a person under applicable law.

11. No Unauthorized Promise of Employment

Candidates should understand that no employee, consultant, intermediary or third party is authorized to change the basic nature of our placement assistance service into a guaranteed employment service merely through a verbal or informal promise. Any representation that a job is guaranteed should be treated as suspicious and verified immediately.

12. Policy Updates

We may update this Anti-Fraud Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, fraud risks, communication channels, business practices or applicable legal requirements.
