1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting your CV, requesting placement assistance, registering for a service or making payment for a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the relevant service or submit information to us.

2. Nature of Placement Assistance Services

Our services are intended to provide candidates with recruitment and placement assistance. Depending on the service purchased, this may include:

• Receiving and reviewing a candidate CV/profile.
• Understanding candidate qualifications, skills and preferences.
• Marketing or circulating candidate profiles to relevant employment contacts.
• Identifying potentially relevant vacancies.
• Communicating available employment opportunities.
• Assisting with recruitment-related communication.
• Providing reasonable guidance during the recruitment process.

The exact scope of services shall depend on the service selected and any specific written agreement issued to the candidate.

3. No Guarantee of Employment

The candidate acknowledges that payment for placement assistance is not payment for a guaranteed job.

We do not guarantee:

• Interview selection.
• Employer selection.
• Issuance of an offer or appointment letter.
• Any particular salary or designation.
• A specific employer or location.
• A particular joining date.
• Visa approval or work permit.
• Travel or overseas deployment.
• Continuation of employment after joining.

The final decision to interview, select, employ or reject a candidate belongs to the concerned employer, recruiter or other authorized third party.

4. Candidate Eligibility & Information

Candidates must provide accurate, complete and genuine information about their education, qualifications, experience, skills, identity and other relevant details.

Candidates must not submit forged, altered, misleading or fraudulent documents. We may decline or discontinue services where information appears false, incomplete or materially misleading.

5. CV & Profile Marketing

Candidates authorize us, where reasonably necessary for the requested placement assistance, to use and present the candidate's CV/profile to prospective employers, recruiters, consultants or other relevant employment contacts.

Candidates should ensure that their CV contains only information that they are comfortable providing for recruitment purposes and should not include passwords, OTPs, banking credentials or unnecessary confidential information.

6. Employer & Third-Party Decisions

Employment opportunities may be provided by independent employers, recruiters, consultants or other third parties. Their vacancies, requirements, salary structures, recruitment processes and decisions may change without notice.

We are not responsible for an employer cancelling a vacancy, changing its requirements, delaying recruitment, rejecting a candidate or changing the terms of an employment opportunity.

7. Job Information & Vacancy Details

Information relating to job title, salary, benefits, location, accommodation, working hours, contract duration, employer and other employment terms may originate from employers, recruiters or other sources.

Candidates should verify material employment terms directly with the relevant employer or authorized recruitment party before accepting an offer or making decisions relating to employment, travel or relocation.

8. International / Overseas Employment

Candidates seeking employment outside India understand that overseas employment may be subject to immigration, visa, work-permit, passport, medical, security, employer and destination-country requirements.

We do not guarantee that any government authority, embassy, immigration authority, employer or other third party will approve an application. Candidates are responsible for complying with applicable laws and requirements.

9. Regulatory Status & Recruitment Representation

The company does not represent itself through these Terms as a registered Recruiting Agent (RA) for overseas recruitment. Candidates should not interpret our placement assistance, website content, marketing material or communications as a guarantee of overseas employment or as a substitute for any statutory approval, visa, work permit or government process required for employment abroad.

10. Fees & Payments

Any fee payable for placement assistance or related services shall be communicated to the candidate before payment, subject to the applicable service terms or written agreement.

The candidate should make payment only through the payment methods and account details communicated through authorized company channels.

Payment for placement assistance does not constitute payment for a guaranteed employment outcome.

11. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the company's applicable Refund Policy and any specific written service agreement. Candidates should review the Refund Policy before making payment. In general, services already commenced or performed may not be refundable, subject to the agreed terms and applicable law.

12. Candidate Withdrawal

A candidate may choose not to continue with an opportunity or placement process. However, withdrawal after services have commenced does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund. Any refund will be determined according to the applicable Refund Policy and service agreement.

13. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information and genuine documents.
• Responding to legitimate employer communications.
• Attending interviews when agreed or scheduled.
• Following employer and recruitment instructions.
• Verifying employment terms before accepting an offer.
• Meeting passport, visa and work-permit requirements where applicable.
• Maintaining confidentiality of personal account credentials.
• Informing us if material candidate information changes.

14. Anti-Fraud & Unauthorized Persons

Candidates should remain alert to persons who claim to be company representatives and promise guaranteed employment, visas or selection in exchange for payment.

We do not ask candidates to provide ATM PINs, UPI PINs, banking passwords, OTPs or email/social-media passwords. Candidates should verify suspicious communications through our official contact channels and should read our Anti-Fraud Policy.

15. Personal Information & Privacy

Personal information submitted by candidates will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By requesting placement assistance, candidates acknowledge that relevant CV/profile information may need to be processed and shared with prospective employers, recruiters or other employment-related contacts for the purpose of providing the requested assistance, subject to applicable law.

16. Website Content

We seek to keep website information reasonably accurate and useful; however, vacancies, service availability, employer requirements, contact details and other information may change.

Website content should not be interpreted as a guarantee, representation or warranty of employment or of any particular recruitment outcome.

17. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content, branding, logos, graphics, text, layouts and other materials are owned by or licensed to the company and should not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without appropriate authorization.

18. Prohibited Use

Users must not use the website or services to:

• Submit fraudulent or forged information.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Attempt unauthorized access to website systems.
• Distribute malicious software or harmful material.
• Misuse employer or candidate information.

19. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the company shall not be responsible for losses arising solely from third-party decisions, employer actions, vacancy cancellation, recruitment delays, candidate rejection, visa refusal, immigration decisions, work-permit refusal or other matters outside the company's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

20. Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for delays or inability to perform services caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, regulatory changes, wars, civil disturbances, epidemics, technical failures, communication failures, cyber incidents, employer shutdowns or other unforeseen events.

21. Suspension or Termination of Services

We may suspend or discontinue services where a candidate provides false information, submits fraudulent documents, engages in abusive or unlawful conduct, misuses the service, creates a security risk or otherwise breaches these Terms.

Termination or suspension shall be subject to applicable law and any specific written service agreement.

22. Third-Party Websites & Services

The website may contain links or references to third-party websites, employers, recruitment platforms or service providers. We do not control the content, security, availability or privacy practices of those third parties. Users should review their respective terms and privacy policies before using them.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in services, business practices, website functionality or applicable legal requirements. Updated terms will be published on this website with the applicable revision date.

24. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with applicable laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction over the company's applicable place of business, subject to applicable law and any specific written agreement.

25. Severability
