Refund Policy

1. Nature of Our Services

Our placement assistance service may include receiving and reviewing a candidate's CV, understanding the candidate's qualifications and experience, marketing or circulating the candidate's profile, identifying potentially relevant employment opportunities, communicating available opportunities, and providing reasonable recruitment-process assistance.

These activities are assistance services only. They do not constitute a guarantee that a candidate will be selected or employed.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Fees paid for placement assistance are generally non-refundable once the agreed service has commenced, including where we have started reviewing, processing, marketing, circulating or presenting the candidate's CV/profile.

A refund may be considered only where the company has expressly agreed in writing to a specific refund arrangement for the particular service or transaction.

4. No Guarantee of Employment

We make no representation or warranty that the services will result in employment. Job availability depends on vacancies, employer requirements, candidate qualifications, market conditions and decisions of third parties.

Any information regarding a vacancy, salary, location, benefits, contract duration or other employment terms is subject to confirmation by the relevant employer or authorized recruitment source.

5. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates are responsible for providing accurate, complete and genuine information, including educational qualifications, experience, identity documents and other information requested for recruitment purposes.

The company shall not be responsible for consequences arising from false, incomplete, misleading or forged information supplied by a candidate.

6. International / Overseas Employment

For international employment opportunities, candidates are responsible for complying with all applicable passport, immigration, visa, work-permit and destination-country requirements.

Our placement assistance does not constitute a promise that a candidate will obtain a visa, work permit, immigration approval, overseas employment or permission to enter or work in another country.

7. Employer or Recruiter Decisions

Employers, recruiters and other third parties independently decide whether to contact, shortlist, interview, select or employ a candidate. We do not control their recruitment decisions, internal policies, hiring timelines or employment conditions.

Cancellation of a vacancy, employer withdrawal, change in manpower requirement or rejection by a third party does not, by itself, create a refund entitlement.

8. Candidate Withdrawal

If a candidate voluntarily withdraws from the placement assistance process after the service has commenced, fees paid for services already initiated or performed will ordinarily not be refundable.

9. Fraud, Misrepresentation & Unauthorized Commitments

Candidates should rely only on written communications issued through our authorized channels. The company does not authorize any individual to promise a guaranteed job, guaranteed visa, guaranteed salary or guaranteed selection on its behalf.

Any unauthorized promise made by a third party should not be treated as a representation or guarantee by the company.

10. Refund Request Procedure

Where a candidate believes that a refund is specifically applicable under the written terms agreed for their service, the candidate must submit a written refund request to the company with the relevant payment receipt, candidate details and reason for the request.

Each request will be reviewed based on the actual service agreement, payment terms and applicable law. Submission of a refund request does not automatically create a right to a refund.

11. Exceptional Refunds

Any refund outside the normal terms of this policy may be granted only at the sole discretion of the company and, where applicable, in accordance with the written service agreement and applicable law. An exceptional refund in one case shall not automatically create a precedent for other cases.

12. Changes to This Policy

The company may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in its services, business practices or applicable legal requirements. The version published on this website shall apply prospectively, subject to applicable law and the terms of any specific written agreement.
