Who Can Raise a Grievance?

This grievance mechanism is available to candidates, customers, website users and other persons who have a genuine complaint or concern relating to our placement assistance services, website, communications, payments, service delivery or conduct of an authorized representative.

1. Purpose of the Grievance Mechanism

The purpose of this grievance mechanism is to provide a structured channel through which candidates and customers can raise concerns and seek appropriate clarification or resolution relating to services provided by the company.

2. Matters That May Be Reported

A grievance may relate to matters including:

  • Placement assistance or service-related concerns.
  • Communication or conduct of an authorized company representative.
  • Payment or billing-related concerns.
  • Concerns regarding service commitments or information provided.
  • Issues relating to candidate profile/CV handling.
  • Privacy or personal-information concerns.
  • Suspected fraudulent communication involving the company's name.
  • Concerns regarding the handling of a previous complaint.
  • Other genuine concerns relating to services provided by the company.

Complaints should contain sufficient information to enable the company to understand and investigate the issue.

3. How to Submit a Grievance

Grievances should preferably be submitted by email to:

Please use the subject line: “Grievance – [Your Name] – [Service/Issue]”

Where appropriate, grievances may also be communicated through the company's other official contact channels. Email is recommended because it creates a written record of the complaint.

4. Information to Include

To help us investigate the matter efficiently, please include:

  1. Full name.
  2. Registered email address and/or mobile number.
  3. Service or transaction to which the grievance relates.
  4. Date and brief description of the issue.
  5. Relevant payment or transaction reference, if applicable.
  6. Name or details of the person you communicated with, if known.
  7. Copies or screenshots of relevant communications, receipts or documents.
  8. The resolution or action you are requesting.

Please do not send passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, ATM PINs or other confidential authentication credentials.

Our Approach

We aim to review genuine grievances objectively, communicate appropriately with the complainant and take reasonable steps toward resolution based on the facts, applicable service terms and applicable law.

5. Acknowledgement of Grievance

We will make reasonable efforts to acknowledge receipt of a grievance submitted to the designated grievance email address. The time required to review a complaint may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the issue and the information available.

6. Review & Investigation

Depending on the nature of the grievance, the company may review relevant records, service communications, payment information, candidate information and other available material necessary to understand the matter.

Where additional information is required, the complainant may be contacted for clarification or supporting documents.

7. Resolution

After reviewing the grievance, the company may provide an explanation, clarification, correction, service-related action or other appropriate response depending on the circumstances.

A grievance does not automatically establish an entitlement to a refund, compensation or employment. Any refund request will be considered separately under the applicable Refund Policy, service agreement and applicable law.

8. Placement Assistance & Job Guarantee

Candidates should understand that our placement assistance service does not guarantee employment, interview, selection, salary, joining, visa or work permit. A grievance concerning non-selection by an employer or failure to obtain employment will therefore be reviewed in the context of the actual services agreed and performed and will not, by itself, mean that employment was guaranteed.

9. Fraud-Related Complaints

If a person believes that someone is fraudulently using the company's name, logo, employee identity or recruitment communications, the matter should be reported immediately to:

Please attach screenshots, phone numbers, email addresses, payment details and other relevant evidence where available.

If money has already been transferred in a suspected fraud, the affected person should also immediately contact their bank or payment provider and consider reporting the matter to the appropriate law-enforcement or cybercrime authority.

10. Privacy of Grievance Information

Information submitted as part of a grievance will be handled with reasonable care and may be shared internally or with relevant service providers where necessary to investigate, resolve or respond to the grievance, subject to applicable law and the company's Privacy Policy.

11. False or Malicious Complaints

The grievance mechanism is intended for genuine complaints. Knowingly submitting false information, forged documents, abusive content, threats, impersonation or malicious complaints may result in appropriate action, subject to applicable law.

12. Anonymous Complaints

Anonymous complaints may be considered where sufficient information is provided to understand the issue. However, the company may be unable to provide a direct response or request additional information where the complainant's identity or contact details are unavailable.

13. Escalation

If a complainant believes that the response does not adequately address the concern, they may reply to the grievance communication and provide additional relevant facts or supporting documents for further review.

14. No Retaliation for Genuine Complaints

The company does not intend to disadvantage a candidate or customer merely because they have raised a genuine grievance in good faith. Complaints should be communicated respectfully and with accurate information.

15. Relationship with Other Policies

This Grievance Redressal Policy should be read together with the company's Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Anti-Fraud Policy. Where a specific written service agreement contains additional terms, those terms may also apply, subject to applicable law.

16. Policy Updates

The company may update this grievance mechanism from time to time to reflect changes in services, business practices, communication channels or applicable legal requirements.
