Kavya Bhadera's entrepreneurial journey began remarkably early, at the age of 15 while studying in Class 10. Driven by a passion for fashion and creativity, she received professional training in fashion designing and garment construction under an experienced designer.

While still in Class 12, Kavya established her own boutique specializing in customized apparel, designer clothing, and creative garment solutions. As the business expanded, she sourced premium fabrics from Delhi and developed exclusive designer collections, transforming a small entrepreneurial venture into a professionally managed fashion enterprise.

Sports have played an important role in shaping Kavya's personality and leadership philosophy.She represented her institution at the national level in football, participated in National Boxing Championships, and was recognized as an all-round athlete in hockey during her college years.Her sporting journey developed strong qualities in discipline, teamwork, perseverance, strategic thinking, competitive spirit, leadership, decision-making, and performing under pressure.

Mr. Sachin S. Gadekar is a distinguished academic leader, pharmaceutical professional, researcher, and strategic administrator with a passion for innovation, education, and organizational excellence. Holding a Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology, he brings a unique blend of academic expertise, operational leadership, and project management experience to Neoarmmetic Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

With more than 8 years of experience in higher education and institutional management, Mr. Gadekar has successfully led academic departments, coordinated multidisciplinary projects, mentored aspiring professionals, and contributed to organizational development through effective leadership and strategic planning.

Throughout his career, he has taught specialized pharmaceutical subjects including Pharmaceutical Biotechnology, Pharmaceutics, Organic Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Jurisprudence, Human Anatomy, and Physiology. His commitment to academic excellence and student success has consistently resulted in outstanding educational outcomes.

Beyond academics, Mr. Gadekar has held several leadership positions including Project Coordinator, Public Relations Officer, Sports Coordinator, Maintenance In-Charge, and Examination Administration.
